SAML Okta Setup - SCIM Issues

I set up 6.4 instance of Zabbix and was able to successfully follow all the steps on my Okta and Zabbix web UI. However, I am getting 404 errors when attempting to hit https://<zabbix-hostname>/zabbix/api-scim.php

I've not found anything online dealing with this exact issue, does anyone have any insight?
