Does https://github.com/zabbix-tools/mib2zabbix this still works with v6.4.3? I need to convert some MiB files into Zabbix Templates.

basically no... it creates something in old template format, not suitable for 6.4...

I think not. Such a question often arises on the forum - and lately it has been increasingly not working. Because the formats and constants of templates have changed.
