After upgrading to 3.x none of my external scripts are working properly

I just upgraded from Zabbix 2.4 to Zabbix 3.03.
Now I'm having more than 185 errors in my dashboard...

I didn't really upgrade the installation.
It's now also running on another server. I still have my 2.4.6 installation and I can go back....

Although it looks very dramatic, I think most stuff is actually working fine.

Somehow all the stuff that's using external scripts and the zabbix trapper functions are not good....

Maybe someone immediately knows what I have missed....

EDIT: Immediately after posting I thought about the PATH.... I will check how I solved that on my old setup....

Problem could be related to Collation of Item table in the database.
You can check it using:
show create table items\G

If in result you do not have "ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 COLLATE=utf8_bin
" in the output, you cam make it case sensitive by:
ALTER TABLE items CONVERT TO CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_bin;
