    Windows agent issue

Hi, I have zabbix version 6.0.12
the server is at x.x.250.x. I also have devices, computers and printers in a different subnet (x.x.253.x). This is a usable subnet.
I have a problem with windows computers.
When I install the agent, zabbix generates a problem for me:
Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[192.168.253.254]:6090]: [111] Connection refused

I can't solve this problem. And it's not a network level problem because I have all firewall rules turned off.

When checking outgoing traffic, I have queries from the server to the computer.
And the computer is not responding to the server.

Can you ping it from server? It sounds like network issue anyway.

Did you set listening port or does host have more then one network card?

You need to solve this issue at your own, because devs are too busy to reply you. I know I am being rude because few days before I posted my first issue post related to zabbix and no one has replied it

It seems to me that you are incorrectly addressing your questions to the forum.
There is a special resource (https://support.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX) for technical support - all the developer's specialists are there.

The forum is mostly users who are interested in the system.
If no one answered you, then most likely your question is trivial (like look at the documentation) or has nothing to do with zabbix and is related to other areas of knowledge.
I.e., it is simply not interesting.

What are the subnet and gateway details, last 2 section are enough. And on your windows system is the used port open? default agent port is 10050 and maybe check the "ListenPort=" in the conf file if that is set to the 6090 u use.

After so long, I found the reason.
Just enter any address from the router in the active server place. Preferably the address of the default gateway of a given subnet.
I checked it in two different environments and it works fine
As they say, "three times a charm "

        Thanks everyone for your help
