How to auto-add devices only when a snmp check is succesful

My autodiscover is working but I'd like it to only add devices when a certain OID can be read with a certain snmp community string.
It's adding them even when the community string shouldnt be correct. I only want the device to be added when there's a succesful read of OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0 in this case

Thank you so much for any help!

    Here's my config

I configured everything with the default public snmp first. Could it be it's still using that somehow?

You should add atleast one more condition to action where you check results against discovery. I'm not sure about this but I think it's adding device since you are running test against them but not testing if received value is correct.

What kind of condition would I add to check result against discovery?

      Most likely "Received value..." condition.
