H5 Integration for Netflow

Hello everyone! I need help finding documentation on how to integrate H5 with Zabbiz to monitor Netflow. I can't find any links/videos/documents that explain how to do it or ho wto install H5.

Yes, I've read this and it explains the concept and how H5 works with Zabbix, but I couldn't find anything related to where I should download the H5 appliance/plugin or how to do the installation itself.
