Hello Zabbix Community,
I am seeking assistance with a challenge I am currently facing with Zabbix and its SLA reporting. I have set up my hosts as services and configured each in the SLA section. However, I am experiencing an issue where any event, regardless of significance, triggers the SLA report to count downtime for the host. This happens even though the server is still operational.
My goal is to configure the system in a way that the SLA only concerns the availability of the server. I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to set this up. How can I adjust the SLA settings or conditions to disregard minor events and only count downtime when the server is truly unavailable?
Looking forward to your responses. Thank you in advance.
