Why cannot see all triggers for a host in availability report ?

There is Availability report in zabbix . Now I want to create an availability report for specific items that I have added them to my hosts manually but cannot find them in availability according to pic1 it is showing a few items for host = app1 in availability although according to pic2 I have other items such as DM Default port , .... on host = app1 now how can show all items for a host in availability also in availability report I have choosen all for template group , template , template trigger , host group

Hi,
You want to see availability report for all trriger on host app1 only? Change mode to "By host" and type Hosts: app1
Is that the point?
