We display a Zabbix dashboard on an office monitor that is presented through a signage program called UCView. We’ve recently upgraded from a Zabbix 5.0 VM on CentOS 8.2 to a new VM running Zabbix 6.0.19 on Alma Linux 8. We had been displaying the Monitoring/Dashboard from our 5.0 Zabbix installation that worked perfectly. When we tried to do the same thing on our 6.0.19 Zabbix installation we have no data displayed on the monitor. I can see the user is logged in and I can see the left side menus visible as well as the kiosk mode button on the top right side. Other than that the display is blank.
The strange thing is I presented the Monitoring/Problems display the same way through the software and it shows all of the data the way we want it. I tried to do the same thing with the Monitoring/Maps and it also shows no data.
All of these mention display as they should on a standard web browser. I’m wondering what else I can do to troubleshoot or narrow down this issue or maybe there is there a bug somewhere in the display of these two monitoring options.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
