Which one table master are related to hostid and itemid ?

Dear Colleagues,

We have 2 environment zabbix, they are blue and green environment.
Blue environment description :

• Zabbix Proxy 4.0.2
• Zabbix Server 4.0.2
• Zabbix FE 4.0.2
• Database Postgress vers. 9.6 for Zabbix Server

Green environment description :

• Zabbix Proxy 6.0
• Zabbix Server 6.0
• Zabbix FE 6.0
• Database Postgress vers. 14 for Zabbix Server

Currently we are migrating hosts in Zabbix Blue environment moving to Zabbix Green environment.
Can we move all of hosts in Zabbix Blue environment to Zabbix Green environment (New Zabbix) but with condition itemid and hostid should be same?
Due to before we already backup and restore from Zabbix Blue to Zabbix Green Database and we need rest of host in Zabbix Blue Database migrated.
Can you tell me which one table master are related to hostid and itemid (we will migrate only table master not transaction) ?

yes, if you copy your old DB to new platform and let your new server do the upgrade tasks...

So how you only have part of hosts migrated, if you already copied old db to new platform?

There is no master table... there are different tables.. ~170 of them... there's hosts, hosts_groups, hstgrp, items etc..

If you don't care about data, but want only config, skip history and trends, take rest of it and let your server do all necessary upgrade tasks... It will be easier and less painful for everyone...

As said "skip history and trends, if you don't care about data"... you still need to create tables, but you can skip contents..

We already define data exclude migrate to new server, could you help me to make sure again for proper migration database zabbix. From database below is it ok or no?

Other tables should not be that big, that they would cause too much delay in transfer and converting...
