Zabbix Template issue

I am currently running Zabbix 1.8.15
I know this is unsupported but unfortunately this is what I have to work with!

Requirement
Template A - Monitors C:\ plus other triggers configured, this sends an email to WINTEL Team

Template B Monitors all other Drives on server, I want this to send an email to a different address

Actions set up - Works OK
Template A
Maintenance status not in "maintenance"
Trigger value = "PROBLEM"
Trigger severity = "High"
Host group = "Zabbix servers"
Host group = "All Servers"

Template B - Doesn't work, alert or send email
Maintenance status not in "maintenance"
Host template = "Template B"
Trigger value = "PROBLEM"
Trigger severity = "High"

Is anyone able to assist please?
Is this the best way to do this?

Use "Trigger description (name)" like conditions

I guess you are using Low Level Discovery to monitor your filesystems.
Here's what you could do:

1. In the Filesystem Low Level Discovery, Name the trigger prototype something like "FS: Free space in drive '{#FSNAME}' is low [{ITEM.VALUE}]".
2. Add Action conditions for
Case A: "Trigger description (name)" like "FS: Free space in drive 'C:' is low"
Case B: "Trigger description (name)" notlike "FS: Free space in drive 'C:' is low"
"Trigger description (name)" like "FS: Free space in drive"

...and your additional conditions you want to add, host group for example.
