Each Zabbix text message that comes to my phone is registered as a whole new conversation.
In other words, if my contacts "Bob" or "Sally" were to send me texts, all of their texts would be combined under each contact. If Bob texted me 100 times, all 100 texts would be under Bob's name as 1 conversation. And if I wanted to delete all texts from Sally, I just have to delete the whole conversation and all of Sally's 2000 text messages would be gone.
However, the Zabbix messages I'm receiving from work each create a new conversation. So if I receive 20 texts in a night from the Zabbix server, I have to delete each one separately, I cannot delete the whole conversation - because they are separate conversations.
So far that has been tolerable, but if something goes wrong and I were to receive 100 or more texts, it would be a nightmare trying to delete all the texts. (It's not uncommon to receive hundreds of - or even over 1000 - emails overnight when something goes haywire.)
Note that I have created a contact on my phone for these messages but the email address is the only contact info I have for these texts - there is no phone number. However, there are seemingly random 4-digit numbers assigned to each conversation: new text = new 4-digit number = new conversation.

Walmart Family Mobile Plan (runs on TMobile's network)
And, no, I'm not the one in charge of fixing things when things go bad so I can't fix whatever is causing Zabbix to text me, I just have to accept that I'm going to receive these texts. This wouldn't be an issue if they all arrived under one contact but that just isn't the case.
And, yes, I have of course already asked the sys-admins at work to fix this but they say there's nothing else they can do.
Please help me to understand if this is something that could be fixed with a setting in Zabbix (to give it a specific identifier since there's no phone number), or do I have to contact Microsoft about this, or Family Mobile, or TMobile?
O_o
But, I'm starting here because this is only an issue with Zabbix texts, texts from other contacts don't clutter my phone they way these Zabbix texts do.
Signed,
