Trigger help using pyzabbix

I am writing a python script to create SLA's for my companies various locations programmatically. I have been able to create everything I need for these (Parent and Child IT services), but I have not been able to add the triggers to the child items.

The triggers already exist, but I can't seem to add them.

Does anyone have an example of how to do this using pyzabbix? Or an API call?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So, I have figured out how to add the triggers to the IT services when I create them... But this has lead me to another question on pagination, or API rate limits. I will begin another thread.
