Triggers (snmp trap) : How to clean them without receive trap ?

I've question from and users about Zabix server and trigger managment.
Currently, I've a ZBX server with lot of triggers (from traps or snmp get), because this ZBX server is used for monitoring network equipments..
On some maps, icons stay red for some triggers. ACK was done.
As related in documentaiton triggers status are updated when new data's are received. It's logical. But on my Zabbix, half of my trigger's are based on traps. And end users have only setup traps for 'KO' not for 'OK'. In this case, related triggers never receive 'OK' value.
Do you know function (process/queries...) to change value for theses triggers when they're 'OK' without receive good value from equipment ?

Include a "and" clause with the .nodata function, so if no more data is incoming in 5 minutes (or whatever) it gets marked clear.

Note that due to a feature/bug you shouldn't do that with the "multiple events" item checked or you will get lots of extraneous events.

This works great for events where all you need to know is it happened at least once in a period. It's not so good if you need to get a separate alert for each occurrence even if separated by seconds or minutes. E.g. if used for trapping logins to a console via a trap, during this period you will not get additional alerts from additional logins. That's what the "multiple events" is for, but if you check that there is no way to clear the events (or conversely there's no way to prevent extra alerts if you try using .nodata).

      Nice !

Thank you for the tip. I will try it on few triggers before full deployment (more than 250+ triggers).
