can not change status trigger in zabbix 6.4.4

Hello Guys,
I have 2 zabbix server 5.0 & 6.4.4
i have issue when change trigger status for 1 host from average to high (i mean i only change status for 1 windows service trigger).
My issue:

• Invalid parameter "/": cannot be empty.

so how can to fix it ??? in zabbix 5.0 i can change normally.

I am experiencing a similar issue when trying to add tags to a trigger in Zabbix v6.4.7 - the trigger is from a child template to the main template associated to the device.

I can add tags to a directly linked templates trigger but when it is a tag for a child template it creates the same error and won't let me add. This is something that would be useful in hiding trigger alerts for serial links (they are only up when in-use so it's better to just monitor the main interface) and much more.
