Zabbix dont send email

Hello,

I configured the media with my SMTP server. I received the test email.

I Assigned alert by mail on my user. I dont receive any mail.

I tested to change group. I created another group different than zabbix admin, with all rights and i dont receive any mail.

I dont understand why..

You don't tell us anything about your environment, in particular what version of Zabbix you're using. That makes it more difficult to guide you to the place in the UI where you can look at problems and see what actions have taken place.

Does your version have a Monitoring->Problems area? Is there a column for Actions? If you mouse-over the action column for the problem that your trigger detected, does it show you what actions have been taken?

i have same problem with zabbix 6.4 on ubuntu 22.04.

but my problem is some trigger don't send email, some trigger send email so i'm sure what is root cause.
my attached picture is trigger with high severity but system don't send email.

Its Ok for me, bad configuration actions !

In my case I have 0 emails but in action log I see a lot of SENT strings... nothing helped yet.
