Send an email to a specific host when it no longer responds to the ping

I am trying to send an email to the email address of a specific host when the latter no longer responds to the ping.

I plan to use the primary email address provided in the personal information of the host and when he no longer responds to the ping, I would like to send him an email saying: call me back, the server is off.

Zabbix email notifications are setup to send to email addresses corresponding to Zabbix users, so as far as I know, there isn't a way to do that with Zabbix provided notifications. You could run a script from the action, passing the email and have the script send email.
