Deploying Zabbix Cloud Azure 6.4 version and how to connect to Agent PC

Hello all,

I have setup Zabbix cloud Azure and plan to connect with an external network machine installed with Zabbix Agent. I try to connect using DNS or public IP also failed. Does anyone have this experience?
Do we need to configure Zabbix proxy or port forwarding in Firewall?

I am new to Zabbix.
