2 triggers 1 icon on map

    Hi ,

I wonder if there is any way to make one icon with multiple triggers dependencies on map . or maybe a workaround being able to do this.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello pr0d1gy,

It's not possible to do that.
But there is a opened feature request: ZBXNEXT-2694 so you just have to wait when it will be implemented

        just figured a thing

by making 1 trigger with multiple expression using 'and' between them ,
and then use this one trigger on a map will actually do what I asked for .
am I on the right way ?

        Kind Regards ,

          I think so

Yes and no. It depend's on where your triggers are. They need to be on the same template (assuming that you are using one).

            Hi luizfernandogondin ,

I've created 2 separate items on 2 different hosts (MDC1,MDC2) with "icmpping" keys .
then I've made a trigger on MDC1 which actually copy itself to MDC2 as well .
            ({MDC1:icmpping.max(#2)}=0 and {MDC2:icmpping.max(#2)}=0) .
what do you mean by yes and no ?

            Regards,

It will work if u do it in the same template or manually on 2 different hosts, but u can't use logical operators on 2 different templates.

I had the same question a few days ago, take a look at this thread:

                thanks

so I don't think I have a problem , since I make to items manually and used one trigger on one host using 'and' expression .
just to be sure , if I had a problem , the trigger couldn't be save , right?
