Items between timeperiod

Hey,

For this problem I looked all over but couldnt find a solution. Just like Triggers I want to set a timeperiod for items.

I am running checks on a service that is only available during the day(7:00 - 22:00). There for I only want to have the items execute between this timeperiod.

How can I configure an item to achieve this?

Thank you for your reply, I forgot to clarify that i am using active checks, and i dont see the option for it there.
