Since two days I've been trying to set up an API between Zabbix and GLPI, using the docs and answers on forums.

Nothing works.

My question is very simple,

Have you ever managed to set up a working API between Zabbix and GLPI?

Or is it a marketing argument ?

Followed instructions https://www.zabbix.com/integrations/glpi ? still not working... have you checked any logs for errors? Manual testing? Any errors? Just stating "nothing works" has a bit too little info..
I have never used GLPI, but I am pretty sure, that if its in the list of integrations, it has been tested and should work. At least with tested versions... GLPI 9.5.7... I see a note on their web, that 9.5.x is out of support... So maybe you have newer version and need some changes?

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer me, especially on a subject like GLPI that you do not master,
You immediately saw the thing that makes me doubt, indeed the Zabbix tutorial is based on an obsolete version of GLPI.

Indeed I give little information, because my goal is to know if it really works or if it's me who can't get the API to work.

I don't know much about APIs, I still have to learn, but if I try to learn about something that has never worked, it's going to be complicated.

Of course I did several tests, and I looked for it on forums, because in 2023 there is a good chance that the problem has already been encountered by someone, but this time it's not that simple.

Since I posted my message I spent a few hours on the problem, I made some progress,it seems that I managed to communicate with GLPI from Zabbix, but I am far from creating a ticket etc...

I think I will soon have some questions and I hope the Zabbix community can help me.
