Zabbix not sending emails, all configs checked few times. Test email only works.

Zabbix 6.2.9 hosted on Linux. Server is allowed to use relay, sending email works when testing from Zabbix. In ActionLog I see many notifications and status is SENT, but there are no emails. Users have configured Media - Email(HTML), email is provided and enabled.
Is someone got the same issue before and can share solution ?

Hi, as I wrote in Action log everything seems be fine - status is SENT (green letters).

I just updated to 6.4.6, but nothing changed.

Have you checked the relay logs? If Zabbix is not showing any errors in the status for the action, that's the next logical place to look.

Hi, as I am not managing relay - not yet, but seems that I'll have to.
BUT it is very strange that test email I am sending (Media types -> Email HTML) works correctly.

We found out after evening investigation - problem is not with Zabbix
