Errored NAS HOST Not Displaying on DAshboard

I have added a Synology NAS into Zabbix. I am using the Synology DiskStation template using SNMP.
My issue is a month ago my NAS crashed and I did not see or get an alert on the Zabbix Dashboard.

After repairing the NAS, I am now trying to figure out why the NAS did not show as a problem on the Dashboard.
I have manually shutdown my NAS to see if if it shows on the Dashboard when down.
Below the view of my Dashboard with no errors or problems.

Below shows that the NAS is not working.

Why does it not show on the Dashboard if the SNMP is not available.
What am I missing in my config?

Any ideas would be much appreciated
    Thanks

I opened this question some time ago but and for some strange reason I did not get any responses or answers to this. This I think might be because it is such stupid question or phrased completely incorrectly.

I added a second NAS to my hosts and thought I would test and see what Zabbix would do. I shut the NAS down and as indicated below. SNMP shows unavailable and there is no problem shown on the Dashboard under Problems. nor is there an alert that one of the hosts is down.

What am I doing wrong or missing.

    Please advice.

    Thanks

Did you configure the trigger for poweroff? Please share the screenshot of item and trigger both for better understand.

vijayk Thank for your reply. I just checked because I was not sure what you meant. So I looked on the host at the triggers and found the following.

Is this what you were asking about? I would have thought that this was enabled by default?

        Thanks
