We use Zendesk as our ticketing system and currently send Zabbix alerts via email to Zapier which then creates, updates or closes tickets.
We have a scenario where a Zabbix monitored service may flap. i.e., a switch is unreachable intermittently. This could be generating alerts anywhere between 1min or 2h. This results in the ticket closing and reopening over and over and spamming the ticket requestor's mailbox.
Is there anything we can do within Zabbix to either:

Is there anything we can do within Zabbix to either:
- Help prevent this flapping situation to reduce the number of email notifications sent to Zabbix.
- Only close the ticket in Zendesk if the check has been OK for the last x hours.
- Something else?
