Zabbix setup sending alerts every minute - how to change alerts to every 15 minutes

Hello everyone. I am new to Zabbix. I have managed to get my alerts setup for monitoring our inhouse developed services. The alerts trugger every 1 minute when the service fails and when it is restarted, resolved messages are sent for every alert generated.

1. How do i change my setting so that i only get notified every 15 minutes for the services failure.?
2. How do i reduce the RESOLVED alerts so that only 1 is generated once the service is restarted?

Very new to this and have been reading and trying to find a solution myself but i am not doing the right combination of things so have been unable to resove this myself. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure but you may check with Duration option in Operations in Alerts.

Good morning.

I have setup my duration as 900. I have set up 5 steps with duration of 900 each. Pasting the picture here. However, when i stop the service, i get alerts every minute and then when i start the service i get a recovery alert for every time i received a stop alert. I need help to setup the 15 minute interval for alerts and then send 1 recovery notification. Read thru documentation to understand but still have not setup correctly. Thank yuou.
