    Zabbix sending blank email

    Hi ,

    I had faced issue with my email provider and zabbix server IP was blacklisted on the email provider end due to which we stopped getting email alert from zabbix. When the IP was white-listed, after some time, we started getting blank email from zabbix with no subject no body.

    I am not sure what changes were made at the time of troubleshooting on the zabbix server which caused empty email to trigger from zabbix.

    Had anyone faced the same issue earlier? I do not see any issue with the configuration. Email trigger is same as earlier. I have attached screen shot of empty email from zabbix.

    Is there a way I can find out what triggering these alert. I do not see anything on "Monitoring->Events->Triggers"

    All looks fine to me. or do I need to reinstall my zabbix to get rid of it.

      In 3.0, you can also check "Reports" -> "Action Log", or "Reports" -> "Audit".
      In 2.x, I think you have to go to "Administration" -> "Audit" to see the action log.

      These might give you some additional info.

        Which is very obvious that this is the email. But I am not sure why suddenly this(Auto discovery. Linux servers) is sending blank alert? How can I disable this?

          Thanks Jason .. I guess I found the problem. Made changes and waiting for some time to see if I still get the blank email.
