    Display map for guest account

    Hello every1.
My goal is to display a map for guest account. I believed I configured everything correctly, but it still doesn't work.
    1) I enabled the group Guest and guest account as a member of that group.
    2) I added all groups to read only of the Guest group
    3) Logged in as guest and... don't see anything. I cannot add it to the dashboard, don't see any map in the map menu.
If I use direct URL, it says I don't have permissions to view that.

Anything I overlooked to make it work?

    Using Zabbix 3.0.3

    The solution

No one commented but I found it out in the meantime so will share it with others. There is a new tab (I was using zabbix 2.x before so this was new for me in 3.x) in the properties of map called "Sharing".

You need to change private to public and that's it. Then every1 with permissions for the hosts in the map will be able to see it.

Alternatively you can leave it private but then you need to change the Owner in the first tab (and no one else is able to see it).

Hope this helps some1 like me

I didn't try as guest access is enough for me. Nevertheless, it is interesting, thanks for sharing. I just tested and it even reflects the actual state (was afraid it will be a static image generated at the time).

        The URL http://<IP>/zabbix/map.php?sysmapid=<map_id> works!

I just created a test trigger with reverted condition and checked. All there, so fine.
