configuring snmpv3 on zabbix 5,0

Hi all,
I need to configure snmpv3 on zabbix 5.0.36
Until now it worked good with snmpv2
Now we changed configurations on hosts with credentials for snmpv3, but it's not working.
Is it necessary to import a new template?
Where can I find it?

No need for new templates. v2 vs v3 is just an added security layer. Query as such, is still the same.
One thing, what you should do, when changing snmp credentials, is restarting your proxy/server (whichever monitors that device). Or reloading snmp cache. Don't remember if Zv5 allowed reloading it runtime...

If that does not help, then you should probably share some more details, what exactly is "not working"..
