Blank Screen on the next Page of Zabbix Setup

Hi guys, I have installed the Zabbix 6.0 in my ubuntu system with apache2, mysql version 8.0.34 and PHP version 8.2.10 when I hit the localhost/zabbix I got the first page and when hit the "Next" button the next page is completely blank with white screen can anyone help me with fixing this issue

Might be some settings are missed. Did you check the logs?

I saw the logs and then after referring the documentation I just downgraded MySQL version from 8.2 to 8.1 and then it got connected . Thank you Vijay for your help
