    Service Status Value in "service.get"

    Hello!

    I use the Zabbix API to retrieve service status information. According to the Zabbix documentation, the "Service Status" property indicates that the status of a service is equal to "-1" when it is in an OK state. I would like to confirm and make sure that this interpretation is correct and that a status of "-1" definitely means that the service is operational and in an OK state.

    Could you please confirm this for me? This is critical to the accuracy of the monitoring system I am setting up.

    Thank you for your help!

    Why you just do not trust docs?
    https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...service/object
    status integer Whether the service is in OK or problem state.

    If the service is in problem state, status is equal either to:
    - the severity of the most critical problem;
    - the highest status of a child service in problem state.

    If the service is in OK state, status is equal to: -1.

    Property behavior:
    - read-only
