Cause and symptom events the rule disappears

We are using Zabbix 7.0.0alpha3.

I have a question regarding the symptom and cause. When I mark an alarm as a symptom and it turns off and turns on again, it is not due to the symptom. Is this something to be expected? Or what am I doing wrong?

As far as I understand, you marked a problem as a symptom of another problem. What happened next? What do you mean by "it turns off and turns on again"?

Hello mprihodko, what I mean by turning it off and on is that after adding the alarms as symptoms, the alarm disappears and becomes a problem again... and it does not appear as a symptom, but becomes a separate singular problem.
