my network map failed to update

my network map failed to update

When I click on edit map I get error 'Map image failed to update' only option I have is to click OK and then returns me to a blank screen.

I can see the map before I click on edit screen.

what should the permission and ownership be for /var/lib/php/session?

Fixed this drive 100 percent full due to logs.
