    Scheduled reports not delivered

    Hi All,

I have configured scheduled reports conforming to the documentation (using chromium instead of google-chrome), but my reports are not being deliverd to my mailbox.
When I test the meida type Email and Email (HTTP), both test messaging are delivered.

Is there a way to troubleshoot this, in the zabbix_server.log and zabbix_web_server.log, nothing can be found on this issue.

As I understand media Email test is working but schedule report is not working right?

Which version of Zabbix are you using?
Did you installed the zabbix_web service?

        I'm having this same issue.
Using Debian Bullseye and Zabbix 6.4.
Installed zabbix-web-service and google-chrome-stable, configured the zabbix_web_service.conf with the AllowedIP for the Zabbix Server and set DebugLevel to 5.
        In zabbix_server.conf I've set StartReportWriters=3 and WebServiceURL=http://ourIP:10053/report

In Frontend I've configured the Frontend URL.
When I run a test on a scheduled report, I get a success message, with the status 'Report was successfully sent to: myemailaddress', yet I'm not receiving anything.
Looking at the Zabbix Web Service logs, I see the the request being received, and then the chrome headless request, and 'writing response'. Copying the full url from the Chrome headless request into a new browser tab shows me that's ok, as I'm seeing exactly what I'd expect to find for that report. Yet no emails being received (checked junk etc).

I've then gone into my Users>Media settings to check that's correct, and also gone to Media Types and sent myself a test message from there which works fine.

Not sure what I might be missing, but any advice on what to check next would be greatly appreciated.
