Hello,
I have a couple of questions around the same topic I think.
We have two stacks of client switches, we don't really care about most of the interfaces, when they go up or down, because it's people moving around desks or research activity. We do care about the ports that the meeting rooms are plugged into, and want to know if they go down, or get errors or high bandwidth etc. is it possible to override "network discovery items" triggers severity for specific interfaces on switches? the ports are all have the word "zoom" in them.
Second, we care about some windows services, but not all, can we override those so that specific services and even specific services on specific hosts can be set manually to have higher severity?
If I'm looking at this the wrong way, do let me know if there's a better way to do this, I was expecting zabbix to discover everything, but let me tailor it afterwards
Many thanks
