Hi, in Zabbix 3.0.3 we created an IT Services View like the one below:
Just because Server 1 and Server 2 are independent, we can say that the Application C is not working only when both Server 1 and Server 2 are having a problem.
In the example, Server 1 is fully working; so triggering a "High" in the view is not fully correct.
I would like to represent a different color (let's say, yellow), like in this mockup:
So, if both Server 1 and Server 2 are up and running, then application C is GREEN (like Application A or B). If both Server 1 and Server 2 are down, then Application C is RED (like the current implementation)
If there is at least one Server not running (doesn't matter if Server 1 or Server 2), I would like that Application C is YELLOW (like in my mockup).
How can I do it?
I already looked into "Status calculation algorithm" in IT Services configuration, but I do see only three possible states (I missed the one to be linked to the YELLOW):
