Who told you to use such values? Don't start so many processes. Each of them needs resources and your DB, in the end, will starve...
you have only 105 hosts there active.. you should be able to monitor all of those with default values of 5 pollers etc... increase those values only, if you really see their utilization grow...

      https://www.zabbix.com/documentation.../zabbix_server

Are you using IPMI? if no, leave it as 0. DBsyncers 6? Default 4 will be fine up to 4000nvps... Do not increase it, it will be trouble...

go back to defaults at first... add server monitoring template, if you do not have it yet, look how server behaves and increase only those values what need to be increased and take it easy, do not go from 5 to 80... from 5 to 10 is usually plenty...

        Thanks for your reply. Cyber.

I found it in a document that talks about system performance. Thanks to these changes I raised my Zabbix server since it was down. What parameters do you recommend at the server and database level?

You have all-in-one setup there.. probably with mysql/mariadb. As DB is most important part of Zabbix, you have to make it as fast as possible. I am no DBA, I don't know much about DB tuning.. There should be plenty of threads here about tuning mysql. As fast storage as possible, all the memory you can spare to DB and its buffers etc...
