Unable to import templates on 6.0.23

    Hello everyone,
I am trying to import templates in my new zabbix instance which is using version 6.0.23 (ubuntu). I already have a version 6.0.12 (debian) running but we will not use it anymore, we want to start fresh (Although, template import are working properly).
First, I tried generating templates using the tool mib2zabbix, but when I try to import on the new instance I get the error "Incorrect File Upload". I thought it was the script that was not working anymore, however when I try to import this template on the 6.0.12, it is working.
I also tried to use a community template for 3CX, the result is the same. I am not able to import it on the 6.0.23 but able to import it on the 6.0.12.
I tried running the server with debug level 5 however, I did not find anything relevant to the import (Maybe not using the correct keywords).
I checked the release notes of the 6.0.23 if there was any "known bugs" but doesn't seem to be the case.

Is anyone able to help with this problem ?
    Thanks

Are you using the "mib2zabbix" perl script from this Github repository? If so, it seems to be quite outdated.

Anyhow, some distros have different implementations of the web engine. Ubuntu and Debian may have different configurations.
You should validate your frontend web engine configuration and directory permissions.
You could also exam the frontend web engine and "php-fpm" logs.

Can we put s sticky topic somewhere.. "Please stop using mib2zabbix"...:P

Template import works through GUI, so running server on whatever debug level does not give you anything.. You should look into webserver logs instead.

        Good morning,
I did use mib2zabbix, but as I said I also tried with a community template for 3CX which does not work either. I will look into the webserver logs, thank you.
Is there any alternative to mib2zabbix ?
        Thanks

          Hi guys,
It works after restarting apache2, sorry not a good idea to work on this while exhausted.
However, I am interested if an alternative to mib2zabbix exists.
          thanks

If it would exist, people would have found it already...

You might want to take a look at this source:
