Zabbix Data to UDP/TCP

Has anyone heard of a plugin or a way to forward Zabbix agent data to a TCP or UDP port? I'm basically trying to get the agent data that zabbix collects and push it to a UDP or TCP listener without having to query the Maria database directly.

Forward Metrics to TCP/UDP Listener

Is there a way to forward the metrics that Zabbix collects over to a tcp/udp listener? I'm working on gathering metrics from all of our monitoring solutions into a single datastore (like Kafka) without the need to poll the database on a regular basis.

Has anyone heard of someone doing this? Or know of a solution?
