No installed Python found! problem

Hi I tried use python script by zabbix agent on windows but i get error "No installed Python found!" but i have installed python on agent and server.
Permission for srcipt file is Full Controll
What can be a problem?

Have you restarted the agent? What is the first line of the script? #!/usr/bin/python3
