Multiple hosts monitoring

Our company now migrates the monitoring system from Hyperic HQ to Zabbix. Hyperic offers the plugin known as Wall Mount Visualizer. It allows to construct full screen schemas using the graphic primitives for visualizing the selected metrics of multiple hosts that are under supervising. The example of monitoring screen is attached below (original size of that fragment is about 600x700 pixels, so it is able to show up to 36 hosts with the same metrics set on the FHD-resolution screen) .

Does Zabbix offer any out-of-box tool or plugin that allows to compose the similar monitoring screens? If 'no', does Icinga or Nagios offer (if it is not prohibited to ask here the questions about them)?

There's not OOTB solution within Zabbix to match exactly this, but you have different solutions :
- Grafana is one of the most used (www.grafana.org), allowing you to make very nice dashboards using the Zabbix data ;
