Besides the valid questions from SBO, I can see two things here:
      1. are you freshly installing zabbix 1.8? If you're starting with zabbix, use 3.0 (if it's an old installation, you might want to upgrade)
      2. A small hint of your problem:

Port 161 is for snmp, so that's where you need to start looking. (the zabbix agent uses port 10050)

i can´t install zabbix 3.0 because i read it is only 64 bits, and this equip is 32 bits, i tried to install it, but i can´t, thats te reason to install the version 1.8

and peatb, yes i searched for more information and found that cisco, don´t implementes snmp as default, i need to configure it right?
so can i make you a question? witch is the diference between the agent and snmp? i can´t understand very well

Regarding zabbix 3.0, you could try compiling it yourself or use other hardware. 1.8 is really outdated. But let's leave that issue be.

It seems you're confusing two things. There is the zabbix agent and there is snmp. The two have nothing to do with each other.

SNMP is an industry standard, listening on port 161. Usually you need to configure it on your (network)device. In zabbix, you need to specify a seperate interface: "SNMP interfaces" at the host.

The zabbix agent is zabbix specific, needs a running zabbix agent on your client, listens on port 10050 and needs a interface "Agent interfaces" on your host.

On a cisco device, only specify the snmp interface.
And have a look at the documentation: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...ems#snmp_agent

ps. I've never used zabbix 1.8 so the interfaces might be different there
