Agent zabbix 6.4 cannot connect to IP

Good morning
When I install the Zabbix agent on my VMs they communicate correctly,
but after a while I get the Status Not available "Get value from agent failed: cannot connect" IP interrupted system call.
If I reboot the machine communicates again, but after a while it is lost again,
How do I make sure this communication is not lost?

The machines have static ip, i added the DNS on the host in zabbix, and it happen again. actualy the agent log show this error.
it says something for you?

It looks like something with localized performance counter names. I guess templates use english names and you maybe have localized windows and default is spanish?

Thansk cyber, but i think need more help, I'm trying to understand this situation, but i dont know exactly what to do.

Its very strange agent works good, but in less than 24hours lost the comunication with agent.

try Rebuild the perf registry.
stop zabbix-agent
CMD -->
cd c:\windows\system32
lodctr /R
cd c:\windows\sysWOW64
lodctr /R
start zabbix-agent

Finaly, I found a solution installing agent 2,

All machines are working with this one.
