Zabbix fire triggers when conditions are not met.

I have created a web scenario and a trigger to it, I set it that when "if value is above or below 200 it will fire the trigger after 2 check", i also set a recovery expression that says "If value is equal to 200 then fire the recovery".

Now my problem is that sometimes it will still get triggered while the value is at 200, literally a false alert, is there anything causing this to happen? Thank you

Cause is not reading, what documentation says...
last(//,#2) does not mean "last 2 checks have failed"... it means "second check from the last has failed"
    last (/host/key,<#num<:time shift>>)
The most recent value. See common parameters.

#num (optional) - the Nth most recent value
