Cannot install 6.4.8 agent on Windows 2022 Server.

We are updating our Zabbix install from a very old version. The server is up and I have onboarded a 2016 server without issues. But all attempts to set up on Server 2022 have failed

MSI fails to install


And the manual setup (copy the files, manually create the service) we have used in the past the service won't start

The agent installer issue seems to be tied to the windows temp folder permissions. I opened up permissions to test, but now I need to refine what is the minimum permissions needed in order to install
