Send Action based on Host Tag.

Hello,
I have tagged several hosts with the tag name "critical", value blank.
I have created an action to send an email when a tag name = critical, however this doesn't seem to work. I assume host tags can't be used with actions.
Please can someone confirm?
Otherwise, would the next best thing be to add these servers to a host group instead?

All your tags end up in problems and your action is triggered based on problem, so it is absolutely fine to use host tags.

So it must be something else, that does not work right there... Maybe action user has no access to those hosts?

Yes it did work, there was just a delay before the alerts starting coming through! Thanks for your reply.
