Monitoring VMware (via official template) - What role does the user need?

Hello,
I am planning to deploy the VMware Template to monitor my vCenter server and hosts.
The guide Browse Zabbix / Zabbix - ZABBIX GIT does mention what role the VMware user requires.
Ideally we want to deploy a user with the least amount of permissions required to monitor the VCSA.
