Add jabber support

I set up Zabbix 3.0.3 a while ago, compiling it from the sources. At the time I compiled it, I didn't think it would be necessary to have jabber support, so I did not compile it with the jabber support option. Thus, my server log file shows the following for enabled features:

I would like to know if there is a way of enabling jabber support without compiling it again.

To enable the Jabber options specify the --with-jabber option when running configure.
Recompilation of Zabbix server is required.
