Moving Zabbix Server to new IP subnet

    OS: Rocky Linux 9.2
    Zabbix v. 6.0.17 LTS

We have a relatively small implementation of Zabbix for our organization, currently monitoring fewer than 100 hosts. This includes a few active agents on windows servers and pfSense firewalls, then mostly passive checks for network devices via some ssh templates.
We're rebuilding our network with a new organization for subnets and as such will need to move our zabbix server to our new main server management subnet, giving it a new host ip address.
What are the primary things I should be watching for where I'll need to update the IP address? I'm already planning to update the server address in the zabbix_agentd.conf files of any active agent, but I've been searching around and can't seem to find anywhere else obvious that I'll need to fix
(as a relative beginner to this type of system and server, I may need some clarification on where to find certain configuration files i'll need to change)

I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
