Trigger expression constructor info

I am new in Zabbix, and I use triggers and receive a lot of spam messages as the services are down and not reachable, as everything is up and running … Where can I read more about expression constructor in triggers, as in Zabbix Doc is not more info ?
Here is the trigger expression I use: {Template OS Windows:agent.ping.nodata(5m)}=1

But the trigger you mentioned is fine in itself so you'll have to figure out why zabbix thinks it cannot reach the machine if it is actually up and running.

If your machine is down, but you don't want to be notified during some periods of the day, or only after 30 minutes, the links above should get you on your way.
