Can't reach out to zabbix agent installed on server over vpn

Hello,

I installed zabbix agent on one of my windows servers
I oppened port 10050 on it.
I've settup host with active agent template on Zabbix server that is intalled on Azure server.

But I am still not able to reach out to it.

I've run traceroute from the zabbix agent but with no result.
PS: the connection to the windows server is done only via VPN
